LEDdynamics is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing customer service by assisting customers with inquiries via phone and email. You will also support our sales team in processing orders, providing product recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond promptly and courteously to incoming calls and emails from customers, providing information about products, pricing, and order status.
  • Assist customers in selecting the appropriate LED parts and components based on their requirements and specifications.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently using our internal systems, ensuring that customer information and payment details are handled securely.
  • Provide post-sales support, including tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and facilitating returns or exchanges as needed.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and promote additional products or accessories to customers.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings, including specifications, compatibility, and application examples, to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, updating customer profiles and order histories as necessary.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the sales area, including inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and participating in training activities as required.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
