Andrew Smith serves as Business Development Manager at LEDdynamics, driving strategic growth across the company’s portfolio of optics, electronics, and lighting brands. With a deep background in marketing and product management within the technology and photonics sectors, including key roles at Casambi Technologies, Seoul Semiconductor, and ABB.

Andrew brings extensive industry expertise to expanding 3LED’s market presence. He holds a Magna Cum Laude degree in Business Economics from The University of Memphis and leverages his cross-functional experience to connect design, manufacturing, and advanced lighting solutions.

Matt DeAngelis serves as the Operations Manager and Inside Sales lead at LEDdynamics, Inc., bringing a strong foundation in quality assurance and manufacturing excellence to his dual focus on operational execution and client success.

Having previously managed safety and quality initiatives, including the company’s ISO 9001-certified management system in Randolph, Vermont, Matt leverages his deep product knowledge to streamline production and support customer needs. He ensures that LEDdynamics’ high-performance LED drivers, light engines, and custom lighting systems meet rigorous standards while delivering efficient service and tailored solutions to professional lighting partners.

Jason Orzell serves as the Director of Engineering at LEDdynamics Inc., bringing over two decades of specialized expertise in lighting and electronics manufacturing. Since joining the company in 2003, Jason has advanced from Product Development Engineer to leading engineering operations, overseeing the design of high-performance LED drivers, light engines, and integrated systems for architectural, specialty, and medical applications.

A hands-on technologist with deep mastery in power, optics, and controls, he drives innovation in custom LED solutions. Jason holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Vermont Technical College.
